Key Responsibilities:

- Drive coordination and execution of mechanical system projects from kickoff through closeout
- Act as the bridge between design, field operations, and clients—keeping everything aligned and moving
- Review drawings, submittals, and specifications with a sharp eye for detail and constructability
- Track schedules, budgets, and procurement to keep projects on target
- Get into the field—support installations, solve problems in real time, and ensure quality delivery
- Step in to troubleshoot issues and keep projects from slipping
- Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
What Sets You Apart:
- 2–5+ years of experience working with building mechanical systems
- Strong technical foundation and the confidence to speak up and solve problems
- Ability to read drawings and quickly identify gaps or risks
- Driven, proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Compensation: $52,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
