Job Summary
We are actively seeking a high-performing Commercial HVAC Service Sales professional currently working in the industry who is ready to take their book of business and earnings to the next level. This role is built for experienced sellers of service agreements, maintenance contracts, and retrofit solutions who want stronger support, better compensation, and more growth opportunity in the Valley market.

- Target and win service agreement business from competitors in the commercial HVAC space
- Sell preventative maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Leverage existing relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners
- Identify and convert underperforming or at-risk service accounts from competitors
- Perform site walkthroughs and develop customized HVAC service solutions
- Build long-term partnerships focused on lifecycle cost savings and system reliability
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service sales experience
- Proven success selling maintenance agreements and recurring service contracts
- Existing relationships in the Tempe/Phoenix commercial market
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, controls)
- Demonstrated ability to close competitive takeaways (winning accounts from other providers)
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
